   Average project times vary by package, and can take longer depending on what your requirements are, how quick and organized your feedback is, and our current client design schedule. If you have not supplied your own pictures, our design staff will automatically choose professional photography to incorporate into your design. 3. Do you have a price list for web site design?
   We have a one-time setup and design fee that is included in our website design packages ranging from $595 to $1295 (not including copywriting). There is also a monthly hosting fee that ranges from $35 to $75, usually depending on the size and complexity of your site. 4. Can you guarantee my site will appear on the first page in a search engine?
   Different search engines use different techniques for listing your web site. When we create your web site, we make it as "search engine friendly" as we can. However we can't make any promises as to where your site will be ranked in a search. Be aware that there are companies that will make you promises of certain rankings and charge you to do this. It can be questionable whether their services produce what they promise. The only way of ensuring top position in a search engine such as Google is to pay for it – although this can work out very expensive and needs to be judged carefully. Our static website packages already come with one-half hour of maintenance to your website each month, but you may purchase additional time above that if needed.
