Checking your Statistics

  1. http://www.(YOUR-SITE).com/cpanel
  2. Enter your cpanel username and password
  3. Go to the 'logs' section
  4. Click on 'Awstats'
  5. Click on the magnifying glass under 'view'
  6. On the next page you will detailed stats of your website

Creating a new email address

  1. logon to cpanel - http://www.(YOUR-SITE).com/cpanel
  2. Enter the cpanel username and password
  3. In the 'Mail' section click on 'Email Accounts'
  4. In the 'Email' input box input the email prefix you want (info, sales, help .etc)
  5. Input a password below, and then input it again
  6. click the 'create account' button. You are done.

Access your email online

  1. go to: http://(YOUR-SITE).com/webmail
  2. In the username type your email address and then enter the passwords for that email account.
  3. Once logged in, you will see options to use different email programs like 'Horde', 'Squirrel' or 'Round Cube'. At the bottom you'll see other options to change your password, setup forwards, and instructions on configuring outlook. Out of all your email programs to use, i think roundcube is the easiest. You can enable roundcube to "autoload" by clicking that link right under the "roundcube" button.
  4. The email programs are pretty self explanatory, if you are familiar with checking your email on other email programs, you will see that there is an inbox, address book, sent box, trash . . . etc.

Changing email password

  1. go to: http://(YOUR-SITE).com/webmail
  2. In the username type your email address and then enter the passwords for that email account.
  3. Once logged in, click on the link at the bottom called 'change password'
  4. enter your new password twice in both the input boxes.
  5. Click change password
  6. Make sure you change the password in your email client (outlook) to reflect the new password.

Setting up an email forward

  1. go to: http://(YOUR-SITE).com/webmail
  2. In the username type your email address and then enter the passwords for that email account.
  3. Once logged in, click on the link at the bottom called 'forwarding options'
  4. click 'add forwarder'
  5. add the email address that you want your mail to forward to and then click 'add forwarder'

Lost email password

If you have lost your email password, there is no way to recover it. So you must go through the cpanel and reset it to a new one.

  1. logon to cpanel - http://www.(YOUR-SITE).com/cpanel
  2. Enter the cpanel username and password
  3. In the 'Mail' section click on 'Email Accounts'
  4. Find the email address that you need a password for and click on 'Change Password'. Enter your new password in both the boxes to verify your new password.
  5. click on 'Change Password' submit button to finalize the changes.
  6. Logout of cpanel
  7. Make sure you change the password in your email client (outlook) to reflect the new password.
